Advance Replacement Warranty Exchange with Deposit

Warranty Exchange Process:

1. Submit Error Report

Please send us an email to support@velometrik.com with the following information:

  • Sensor serial number
  • Date of purchase and dealer's name
  • Brief description of the defect
  • A photo or video demonstrating the issue (e.g., LED status, cable connection)
  • Optional: Screenshot or log file, if available

2. Pay Deposit

After reviewing your information, we will send you a payment link for a deposit of €300 net. Payment can be made via Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer.

3. Shipment of Replacement Sensor

As soon as payment is received, we will immediately send you a replacement sensor – provided the item is in stock. If there are any delays, we will notify you by email.

4. Return of Defective Sensor

Please return the defective sensor within 14 days to the following address:

If shipping from abroad: Please declare as "Warranty Return - No Commercial Value" to avoid customs issues.

5. Refund of Deposit

Once the defective sensor has arrived and been inspected, your deposit will be fully refunded.
If the warranty claim is not valid or if the item is not returned, we reserve the right to retain all or part of the deposit.

Note:

You initially bear the return shipping costs. If the warranty case is confirmed, we will refund these costs upon request.
